*** Wedding Packages ***

As there is no set fee structure for Civil Celebrants, you'll find that prices & services vary greatly within the industry. My fees are not the lowest & nor are they the highest, however I'm confident you'll agree that I provide value for money service.

Ultimately you'll have the same legal aspects of marriage covered (which is a mandatory requirement for all celebrants) regardless of whether you choose a ceremony which costs $270 or $850+. The difference you'll find will be in the type of services provided. Some are no-fuss style, just the legal basics ceremonies, while others are a very personalised & grand affair!

There is a celebrant to suit every couple & their particular needs & desires. That's why it's important that when choosing 'your celebrant', both you & your fiance are completely happy with their style, personality & services offered. 

I am passionate about providing the best & most personalised service possible, & I ensure that each couple feels completely supported throughout the whole process of getting married.

I now offer couples the option of four different Wedding packages… 

            ‘Diamond Wedding Package’  $470
I custom write each ceremony to truly reflect the marrying couple & their personalities. I encourage couples to include symbolism & rituals, or poem readings & personally written vows.  

 
My fees & services include the following:
- Up to four face to face meetings, where we will cover all legal aspects of getting married, as well as the fun ones!
- The writing & creation of a uniquely personal ceremony, which highlights your values, feelings & promises to one another.
- Unlimited contact via email, phone or mail/post (within Australia) as required to ensure you feel completely supported in this process, & are confident that your ceremony will be exactly as you wish.
- Sample ceremonies, vows, readings, poems etc for your perusal are contained within your comprehensive information pack called 'Your Wedding Essentials Kit', designed to assist you in the creation of, & preparation for your dream ceremony.
- A rehearsal 1 week prior to the wedding, preferably at the wedding venue.
- Performing the actual Marriage Ceremony on your wedding day.

- Use of a table, 2 chairs & white linen for signing documents (if necessary).
- Use of a portable PA system with in-built CD/MP3 player so your guests can hear every word spoken during your ceremony.
- A beautifully presented copy of your ceremony as keepsake (posted to you after your wedding day).
- A presentation Marriage Certificate as keepsake (given to you on the big day).
- All stationery required.
- Completion & lodgement of all legal paperwork.
- Travel where the distance of a return trip from Karana Downs, Brisbane to the venue does not exceed 50km (travel over the stated 50km will be charged at a rate of 60c per kilometer).


‘Platinum Wedding Package’  $620
This covers everything included in the Diamond Wedding Package plus has additional services which are provided to help make your day, & your experience, even more beautiful & memorable.

BONUSES INCLUDED are as follows:
* Candid Photographs taken by me of your guests before the Bride arrives, & immediately after the ceremony… Although I am not a professional photographer, I love to take photos & believe you can never have too many photographs of your amazing day!!! (you can see samples of my photography throughout this website)
~ Photos are put onto CD which you are yours to keep (posted to you with your keepsake ceremony booklet)
~ A small selection of Photos will be edited using the picnik website. These will then be used to decoate your keepsake booklet.
* Non-alcoholic Bubbly & Champagne Glasses supplied for the Bride & Groom to celebrate their official new beginning as Husband & Wife!
* Use of a Beautiful White Feather Pen for signing the legal documents (looks great in photos!), or a slightly less extravagant pen if the feather pen is not to your taste.

* 10 small bottles of Wedding Bubbles for the bridal party or chosen children to blow over the couple in celebration (this is used in place of confetti or rice, as most venues don’t even allow rose petals to be thrown)

* An A4 sized Fridge Magnet with a selection of photos of your amazing day!

(These are in addition to the usual requirements of a Marriage Celebrant's service)

Please note… any additional travel expenses, such as travel over & above the stated 50km, overnight accommodation, flights or interpreter/translation services etc, incurred in relation to the performance of the ceremony will be charged accordingly. Any such additional charges will be discussed & confirmed with you prior to payment of your non-refundable deposit of $150)

'Simplicity Weekday'  (Mon- Thu)              $270

Similar to a Registry-Style or Elopement Wedding...
~ This is a no-fuss Wedding Ceremony, held in my comfortable air-conditioned office in Karana Downs, Brisbane.
~ I provide a selection of ceremonies to choose from & you may mix & match to create your ideal ceremony.

~ The ceremony duration is approx 10-15 mins with a maximum of 12 guests permitted.

~ If necessary I am happy to provide 2 witnesses who must be 18 years or over.

~ I am happy to assist with completion of the Notice of Intended Marriage form which I must receive no later than one month & one day prior to your chosen wedding day.

~ You are permitted to bring along a CD with music on it to be played during the ceremony through my pa system.

~ I will take a photograph of you & your husband/wife after the marriage has taken place, which I will use to decorate the front cover of your keepsake ceremony booklet & you will take it home with you on the day.

~ If you wish, I am happy to send, on your behalf, the ‘application of marriage certificate form’ with the rest of the legal documentation to the Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages (the current fee to obtain the ‘official’ Marriage Certificate from BDM is $37 & must be covered by you as this is not included in my fee). This is the Marriage Certificate needed if you wish to change your name.

* Prices & service inclusions current as at Dec 2011 & may change without notice. Prices quoted prior to change will be honoured. I am continuously aiming to improve the service I provide for my couples, hence changes are regularly made to my packages offered, which sometimes results in price alterations also.
