A NAMING CEREMONY is the perfect alternative to a Christening or Baptism, as it's a celebration of life!
It's a lovely way to welcome a child into the world & into your close family & friend community. Whether the child is newborn, a step child, adopted or fostered, a Naming ceremony allows family & friends the opportunity to honour the child, & make promises of love, support & encouragement through to his/her adult life & beyond.

Rituals may be included within the ceremony to give it that personal touch or enable others to be actively involved on the day.

I now offer a choice of two Naming Ceremony Package Options, Basic & Deluxe.
 

Deluxe Naming Ceremony Package            
(This service covers everything included in the Basic Package, with some bonuses included*) (*bonuses indicated by blue text)

My fees & services include the following:

-         A face to face meeting where we discuss your ideas & requirements, special requests etc, for the creation of your ideal ceremony.

-        The writing & creation of a uniquely personal ceremony, which highlights your values, feelings & promises to your child.

-         Unlimited contact via email, phone or Australia Post as required.

-        Booklet containing sample ceremonies, vows made by parents, godparents & grandparents alike, sample readings, poems & rituals, for your perusal to assist & inspire you in the creation of your child’s special ceremony.

-        Travel where the distance of a return trip from Karana Downs, Brisbane to the venue does not exceed 50km. *(If the return distance exceeds 50km, a fee of 60c per kilometer is charged, this covers fuel costs only).

-         Use of a state of the art portable PA system with in-built CD/MP3 player.

-        Use of a table, two chairs & white linen for signing documents (if required).

-         Performing the actual Naming Ceremony on the day.

-         All stationery required (this includes laminating each certificate).

-        The gift of a beautifully presented copy of your ceremony as keepsake (decorated using selected photographs taken on the day of the ceremony).

-     A CD containing approx 20 photographs which I will take on the day of the ceremony for you to keep.

-        Presentation Naming Day certificates for the parents, & if requested also for the godparents & grandparents* (included in my fee is a total of 3 certificates – 1 to the parents & 2 Godparent Certificates. Certificates may be provided for the Grandparents or any other special person at request, for an additional fee of $7.80 per certificate.)

-     4 small bottles of ‘wedding’ bubbles which can be blown in celebration (looks great in photographs).

Please note… additional travel expenses, such as travel over & above the stated 50km incurred in relation to the performance of the ceremony will be discussed & confirmed with you prior to payment of your non-refundable deposit of$100.
